Management stays closely involved in the day-to-day business not only so that we know what our customers are asking of us, but also to be accessible to team members.       It's difficult to find an assembly job that won't suck the life out of you with its inherent repetitive nature. Primera is different in that you learn to assemble each part of a complex whole and are free to change stations within your line, and headphones and radio can be used. The building is quiet, clean and climate-controlled. Management heads are generally very personable and will work with your schedule and listen to your concerns. There is opportunity for growth and incentives to do well. Looking back at all of the jobs I've held I can say this was certainly one of the better ones.

      Overall satisfaction with the job is moderately dependent on which line you are assigned to. This is a random assignment but affects salary, job difficulty, and employee relations.
