Unless you manage to close deals smooth and sound, commission is too low and the name is not sound enough to warrant consumer confidence - Inexperienced senior rep, even my RVP made only around $3000 per month - Every thing a new rep does is like trial and error Instead of helping you out side by side, they let you learn from hard failures and let yourself figure out what's wrong - Whenever I brought in any client to the office, the conversation always ends up aiming to hire the client. Oftentimes these clients were my friends, which is very common for newbies, making the situation very embarassing.
