Friendly Helpful people. No pressure from Management Easy going place to work

Customers all have heavy accents difficult to understand. Place is falling apart, duct tape holding the tears in the carpet, broken equipment, no investment in training/infrastructure. Powerless to solve issues, ineffective. No raise in 5 years.
