Great co-workers, everyone is understanding and loves to help each other out.

Work load can be a bit much but everyone on the team helps out when they can.

I'll keep this short and sweet but to put it simply, this is a place you want to work. In my career I've never felt more appreciated and valued, not to mention empowered and trusted to do my job the way I felt was the most ideal and efficient. At a leadership level, a companies values tend to trickle down from the top and in JM, Scott and Brandon, they are at the top of the curve in terms of their knowledge, strategy and most importantly their humanity. I can't recommend this company enough.

The only "con" that I can think of is that isn't so much a con but a suggestion is to up their Glassdoor recruiting game. At least get a logo on this platform... :)
