you will be on a draw against your commission. not sustainable for new sales reps zero leads provided with 100% cold calling from google/other self driven platforms zero diversity

Although this review is older, we wanted to respond. We very much appreciate the feedback, and actually have changed our structure based on feedback sales reps have personally provided (not on this platform). We now provide a sizeable salary, along with commission and monthly/yearly sales incentives! Additionally, we have taken steps to provide sales reps with qualified leads. Very real and attainable opportunity for a sales rep to come in and make $100k in year 1 and $150k-$200k+ in year 2. The work environment is the perfect blend of competitiveness mixed with unmatched comradery. This company and environment truly makes sales fun. Once you are off and running you essentially are given the keys to run your own business and you can control how much money you want to make and it's all uncapped. Love that as much as there is competition to get to top of sales board each month, the team works together to hit goals, and with that comes more rewards such as outings to sporting events and more bonuses!

I personally wouldn't label this as a con but prepare to dial at a high volume to get your book of business off the ground.
