      No set hours and see lots of the metro.

      Lowered drivers pay% on work twice in last 18 months. Dispatchers and driver recruiters talk hypotheticals $$ not reality. In my 7 years driving I've watched an incredible turnover of not only drivers but office staff as well ( unless you're family ).

      Full time benefits, smaller company so you know everyone, occasionally get free donuts ;), good Christmas bonus, CEO is very personable and cares for his employees, nice facility with updated technology. Standard M-F job with opportunity to work on Saturdays. Pay is good depending on experience.

      Some employees are family and they can occasionally get away with some things. Working as a CSR, you can get burnt out pretty quick by just taking orders all day. Not enough drivers to cover order workload so customers get upset because their deliveries are late.
