The people are great and it's a real all hands on deck environment, so the learning curve is huge. Lots of upward mobility if you are ready to pave your way and know what you want too. Company is invested in your future. Great brand and really fun culture. Salaries are great.

It's been really successful, growing and growing at a rapid pace. This leads to a bit of a rushed approach and focusing on the big picture, which is generally good, unless it affects employee satisfaction.
