We greatly appreciate the kind words regarding the great benefits package, the wonderful work environment with awesome team members, and our amazing chef! We definitely share those same pros with you! Regarding the cons, we are very sorry that you felt this way but we hope you know that any of our former and/or current employees are more than welcome to reach out to us with any advice or feedback on how or what we can do better. Because we know pay is always tough to nail down, every year we use a third party to determine our pay ranges based on the position descriptions that are provided by employees and their managers. We allow employees to play a part by updating their job duties and responsibilities on an annual basis. This ensures that we are surveying all position ranges based on accurate job descriptions.
