I’ve been privileged to be a part of the ProDIGIQ team for over a year now. Given the recent negative commentary, I felt it was only fair to share my experiences. Work stays at the office; laptops are not taken home, the office closes at 5:30 PM, and after-hours contact is limited to critical situations only. ProDIGIQ is not a place for those who wish to coast by doing minimal work while appearing busy all day. Every employee is expected to contribute meaningfully to their role. We are expected to maintain a laser-like focus and perform at an elite level while staying abreast of company and industry developments. The learning curve can be steep, but the company provides ample support during this process. If you remain committed to ProDIGIQ, the company reciprocates as well as rewards that commitment. In my case, While I have received critical feedback at times to help me get to the next level, I have also been rewarded with a "36% salary increase" within my first year.
