Worst Place to work. Toxic work culture - Recensione dipendente - Director presso ProHance

Genuine review. Very bad work culture. If you are ok to accept orders and do whatever being said then this is a great place to work. Zero work life balance although i see rating being given is 5, I feel its far from reality and fake. Groupism only few people are being rewarded even if they do inferior job. Hard workers and smart workers are ignored. Also the positive reviews are recent ones after 2025. Looks like they have hired folks to put the positive reviews, ground reality is that 60% attrition in customer success. Can u imagine 60% folks are leaving and inspite of this u see positive reviews that baffles me. Think before u join here am just sharing my two cents and not advising anyone. Reality is different than what is being portrayed here in some of the reviews. That's the reason there is so much recruitment ads. U can observe cons says scope to improve on many aspects but still rating is 5, wow. Also when someone leaves the org there would be backlash.
