      Executive leadership in the Operations teams is lacking critical knowledge. There aren't enough resources to perform functions and there's no plan to address the shortfall.

The company has made many positive changes over the last year, doubling in size, hiring highly skilled and experienced staff, clarifying our vision, and addressing shortfalls, to move us successfully forward through clinical trials. We feel these efforts have made a positive impact, and we are optimistic about our future and our mission to serve the CKD patient community
