I have never hated a company so much as ProMinds - Recensione dipendente - Analyst presso ProMinds

Let me start by saying that none of us ever wanted to be part of Wits or ProMinds. We were FSA Federal employees, supporting various federal law enforcement agencies as contractors. Then, we were forced to leave FSA and work for Wits as sub-contractors. A year or so later, during the pandemic, Wits became too big to be considered a small business. So, we were moved to the wife's company -- ProMinds. Same people running it. Same terrible manager. Wits and ProMinds take forever to respond to their emails and they never answer the phone. They are a federal subcontracting company. We never see them physically. So, talking on the phone and via email are our only means of communication. It's terrible that they have the monopoly over contract positions for federal law enforcement jobs in the NYC area right now. Because they are an awful company to work for. I absolutely love working in law enforcement as an Analyst. But I would never recommend ProMinds or Wits to anyone who wants to get started in law enforcement. It's too much of a headache.
