Steady work with the same hours you ask for, decently easy job. Great for people with a chronic illness.

Svantaggi

Customers are rude, companies don't answer the phones majority of the time when you need to transfer a customer, and recently changed the minimum number of hours to 28, making it harder.

The better you do the more brands they pile on you. I got to 19 at one point.

Work is remote, but even from home the job has been brutally stressful and exhausting every single day.

- Pay is insultingly low for the extremely high expectations. - Management constantly interferes and micromanagement everything. - Benefits are poor. - Room for advancement is almost nonexistent. - Communication is weak and unreliable. - Support is practically nonexistent. - While it is not the absolute worst company, it is still a place I would never recommend to anyone.
