ProNvest is a 20+ year old asset management firm that has transformed into a fast-growing financial technology (fintech) company. The company’s core product is a professionally managed retirement account solution for client 401(k)s, 401(b)s, IRAs etc. ProNvest also owns Signix, a leading digital signature and remote online notary provider. This is a small, fast-growing company where high-performing employees have the autonomy to make decisions and drive results. The organization is still fairly flat so good ideas can rise to the top and get implemented quickly. The pay is competitive and all employees get stock options. The company values people with an ownership mentality, growth mindset, and a strong work ethic.

This is probably not the best culture for someone who wants a job where they can just cruise by. The company is in growth mode and senior management asks a lot from each employee. They want to raise the bar with each new hire.
