Recently, the company adapted to a shift left approach which greatly benefited the company as well as the development/engineering team. alongside that we have been ongoing agile retraining which had a huge impact on work confidence. Due to economic changes, HMOs have decreased benefits. Promotion is not guaranteed, a 3% annual increase is more likely to happen. The year-end incentives are reduced. There is no quarterly bonus / annual bonus. There is no team-building activities anymore.
