There are not any pros at all

Very hostile working environment, micro managed, unrealistic expectations, negative feedback, unsupportive supervisors, no pay raises, do not give enough hours. They will hire you to write reports for them when they are busy, and then fire you without giving you a heads up or a reason because you are an at will employee.
