Unethical Management & Toxic work culture - Recensione dipendente - Senior Quality Assurance Associate presso Probiotec

I was employed full-time in a senior role, but was fired unfairly within 3 weeks of employment, no feedback was given prior to dismissal about my performance. Dismissal letter was handed over and was said there would be no changes to the decision of dismissal. How can some one judge the performance within 3 weeks of employment? Probiotec failed to understand that any employees would take atleast a few months time to understand the company and work associated and that they need to provide feedback or opportunity for improvement. The Manager was a smiling assasin, an unempathatic, irrational character who always spoke with a smile even when HR fired me. Probiotec is the worst company I ever worked for, no regard to employees and it is a revolving door of staff. No job security. Probiotec takes advantage of firing employees prior to completion of probation as unfair dismissal regulations from fairwork is valid only after 6 months of employment.
