From the moment I arrived at PS 2 years ago staff were saying that the workload was unmanageable. It's taken several culture surveys repeating the same messages for management to even acknowledge it and they're still not doing anything to address it. I suspect what will happen is they'll bring in AI to write reports and increase workload to 2 assessments per day. They're frankly ringing RTC cases dry while they still exist. Yet also want yo be seen as making a difference for neurodivergent individuals. Ironically neurodivergent colleagues are treated particularly badly, with punitive draconian conditions in place for reasonable adjustments. A legal expert told me they are "highly at risk of discrimination." They are currently employing inexperienced staff and training them for 8 weeks then expecting them to hit the ground running. They can treat them as terribly as they like because they'll be bound into employment because of the training they received. And of course pay them less. Individuals try very hard to maintain neuroaffirming and up to date practice but with no time, investment or clinical supervision they do this with their own time, motivation and money. I have been paying for supervision privately for around a year to keep my head above water. Any attempts to connect or support each other have been quickly squashed and denied. The CEO does not want clinicians to connect. They might become powerful. Sadly he has many flying monkeys amongst management willing to sell their souls to line his pockets.

Working from home is the most motivating factor

Having worked in multiple environments. I had never come across such a bullying environment. Also, reviews seem to be added to avoid plummeting ratings. Very misguided
