If you look on job sites, they are always hiring. Now I know why.... Management will backstab you to get ahead. They act like they are employee oriented, yet all they care about is how much and how fast you can produce. The policies and procedures are poorly structured and make no sense.

Good salaries compared to other industries for the Colombian Market. Big Pharma companies with Bogota sites have similar wages.

It is too stressful working there and lately have been many layoffs.
