Payments could have been higher as your workload is a bit too much.

Fast and easy recruitment process, friendly work environment and nice colleagues (mostly). Payment was alright at first but then we were paid the minimum wage for the last month. They made a small raise for the ones they kept but it's honestly not worth anymore. Not sure if it's pro atm. Shifts and breaks were alright. I loved the night shifts but I know it's not for everyone.

They recruit you temporarily for a few months and then don't renew the contract. You don't know this until the last day. There is zero transparency. They offered renewing our contract for another 12 days before they decided, which is ridiculous. They kept some employees with low work quality but faster (interaction per hour wise). (we can see their tickets if customer comes to us the next time) It's not so hard to be fast if you reply customer with nonsense but it won't solve the case and it will be even worse for the next agent. Apparently they do this every peak season, but they give hope at the beginning i.e. mentioning possibility of switching projects etc... But I know that they switched other long time employees to our project for the peak season just to fire them after a few months. They have no respect at all. There is no way this company won that "Great Place to Work" prize fair and square. I couldn't vote and it said "I already voted" I'm wondering who did it for me.
