Toxic leadership, deceit, everything is broken, no direction, no comp plan, late payments for payroll (this happened at least 5 times within one calendar year and blamed it on "holidays") Every sales "Process" is convoluted and changed at least once per quarter. there isn't a single thing that is consistent. The Top of funnel pipeline is broken. When the merge happened don't lie to your employees and tell them there's 7K warm leads when in reality there's maybe 300 to sort through. And then 4 months after the merge, you still haven't dispersed the warm leads
