      Human scaled company where you can interface with everybody and build your own path to success. Nice colleagues to work with and good ambiance. Good competencies that make customers happy. Great flexibility from the management to adapt your schedules or to work from home.

      Office could be nicer and needs a refresh.

      Vantaggi

      The only positive point is that the company has a good location to go for shopping during lunch time. In doing this, time goes fast there. Good in vertical hospitals and public sector.

      Do not pay out commission, bad product portfolio, management is not to trust and toxic. No good name in the market except with customers they have very long history with. Horrible old, grey offices that turns you depressive when staying there too long.

      Vantaggi

      The nice thing is that atmosphere amongst colleagues is quite alright. Most people are hard working and give themselves a 100%. It is nice to work on big projects in well-known companies.

      Svantaggi

      However a lot of change of staff because management do not care about people and management do not have a vision at all. Either people leave after a while or are kicked out if they have an own opinion.
