This company hires & fires at will. Some long standing employees remain but they rule the business & newcomers soon realise their mistake in joining the business & get out as soon as possible The salaries on offer are well below market rate with no standard annual increase to keep in line with inflation. Benefits are none existent. Minimum 21 days holiday. Basic pension & that’s it! Even the summer & Christmas events are taxable to employees! Statuatory Sick Pay from 4 days of sickness which puts it in the bottom 20% of employers & no private health care. This company has made many employees unwell & then quickly takes away pay just confirming that it has no interest in the health & wellbeing of its employees. Communication within the business is extremely poor & things are mostly found out through gossip.
