You’re left to your own devices, if you know what your doing it’s great to have the freedom, however when you need assistance it’s not so great.

Under valued, even if you work very hard, there’s little compensation and you have to fight for your raises even when you’ve done exemplary work. The owners have no idea how the supervisors treat the pms.
