It's mostly for bootlickers and nuisance makers- Even if you don't work and boast that you are working you get the gold. Otherwise you get the ditch. Talent is overlooked, outward appearences are preferred. Employess are treated like slaves with no respect. Recent change in management is the worst, creating chaos all over.
