      Poor management over the last few years, resulting in large financial losses due to poor efficiency levels on production. This resulted in the indirect chasing away of R&D employees by specifically lowering earlier agreed on bonusses, only a month in advance. HR is a joke, coaches are not chosen based on competences but on ambition/friendships. The last year the only thing R&D is working on is safety, so no new exciting projects are coming in.

      Loved my coworkers, free lunch and the office has a younger demographic

      Manager did not seem to respect me and my role, and there was no real training process. Seems as though they did not have experience managing others and it led to a difficult situation where I needed to overcompensate to be able to work effectively.
