From my personal experience people at the company are nice to work with. There is an execise program which occurs three times every week wherein employees are paid to attend improve their fitness. A reasonably flat management structure.

Cross cultral communication experience and understanding is required. The technological department seems chaotic and partially incompetnent. Resistance to change from middle managers.
