You learn to take ownership of your projects. If you want something done right, you have to either do it yourself or come up with the most efficient process that you can and stick to it. It's easy to prove yourself at first. If you're like me and don't care if people like you or dislike you, you should be fine.

This is a very unhealthy work environment. I actually agree with one of the reviewers (see "No Hope Here") on many things. No structure, no efficiency processes, very inexperienced employees fresh out of college, lacking in organization (especially in sales), and lots of overhype. They have a Boys Club culture. The leadership is usually dismissive of issues with sexism and sexual harassment. Document, document, document and consult with a labor lawyer if you need to. The CEO is not very professional and he enjoys trying to intimidate employees that he perceives to be weak. If you have thick skin and you are good at what you do, this is less likely to be an issue for you, but you will definitely see it happen to your coworkers. He also micromanages and inappropriately shares information about certain employees with other employees. If he does not change his behavior and attitude, he could potentially ruin the company. The rest of the management team needs to learn to put their foot down with the CEO.
