They give flexible working hours and PTO . Overtime is often encouraged. Friendly Employees, Great Location.

Very unorganized. The president of this company does not care about her employees. They handle there situations unprofessionally. i have seen so many employees go through this company in the little time I've been there that it makes a person wonder. No cell phones allowed only during your breaks and it has to be outside but yet the mangers and upper management are allowed to be on there phones in front of the computers. LOTS of work load that they expect you to complete in a small time frame. They also cut there benefits short. No 401K or grievement days off if god forbids a family member passes away. They have an office in Jamaica that i strongly believe will be there main office soon.
