Calling 30 people a day and telling them their rent is going up is a rough gig. This is one of the companies buying up all the single family homes and turning them into rentals. Evil business model.

Compensation structures are rigid, and employees may be asked to take pay cuts when moving into new roles due to strict pay bands, which can discourage internal mobility.
