A great place to work with good benefits and unlimited over time. Pay isn't bad and schedules are pretty flexible.

Svantaggi

The company is more focused on making money and being profitable than they are their employees. Managers show favoritism and moving up is mostly based on tenure and who you know as opposed to work ethic. Non stop fast paced work environment.

Great supervisor, and great coworkers. Training was good and I left training fully able to do my job with confidence. Sometimes we have fun meetings to attend. Can work in office when we want which is nice on days I want to get out of the house since I work remotely.

Svantaggi

Low pay for work load and responsibilities. Extra responsibilities don’t equal extra pay. Very micromanaged and timed per task which can be stressful if a task takes longer than it should due to circumstances outside of your control. Low raises even with high performance rating.
