If you don't have an insurance license they will train you and help you gain one. The training they provide for the insurance test and for the role as a sales consultant is excellent. There really isn't any cons. Everything is clear cut. The only reason someone would have a problem is if they don't like repetition , sitting for long hours in front of the computer or if they just don't want to work.
