Core Value #1: "We value people above all else" I am nearing my one year anniversary and can absolutely say that progressive leasing leadership walks the walk and makes this a priority. They care about life balance and nourishing a personal and team growth environment. When was the last time you had the CIO of your company come by your desk and ask you how you are doing? It is common to have leadership check in on people and thank you for work well done. Then there is community support. Just today a group of us were taken by bus to go serve at a homeless shelter for a couple of hours. We came back to a lunch and then resumed our opportunities to crush it in the innovation technology world. This company is growing fast and offers such a fantastic opportunity to make a professional difference while having the personal and family time that makes life so rich.
