A while back I had posted a review expressing my concerns about not feeling valued, and being underpaid. Last week however, my department was given raises and a change in our job titles. I am feeling extremely grateful, like I do matter, and I am valued. Not only were we given new job titles, but we were told that there were other job titles created within my department that were not there before. Leaving room for growth, and career opportunities. I appreciate my supervisor, manager, and the VP of my department for fighting so hard for this. Thank you Progressive for restoring my faith in the company and again making this one of the best places I've had the pleasure of working for.
