Management lack capacity and ability to provide adequate support to such a large team. Be wary of reviews stating the opposite! They’ve clearly written them about themselves. Work structure is haphazard and reactive. Tools and systems to do the job well are outdated, and in some cases, just completely absent. Databases were removed whilst there were requests to source candidates directly. Decisions are often made without fully considering context or implications, and without consultation The commission structure is deliberately opaque, so you never quite know what you’ll get paid. Sometimes it’s not paid at all, and no one will tell you that’s the case, meaning it’s difficult to plan personal finances. The keen focus is purely on revenue, meaning there are no opportunities to progress your career. There are no annual reviews, just plain old fashioned favouritism for the long termers. There’s no visible strategy, company updates or appetite to operate as a cohesive team as people are competing against each other for candidates. The job descriptions are deliberately broad, and there’s no sick pay at all. If you consider working here, scrutinise your contract on this point. It’s pretty unscrupulous and heavily weighted in their favour.
