I had the pleasure of working at X/AV for several years and truly enjoyed my time there. The company values its employees and encourages both professional and creative growth at every level. During my time there, I had the opportunity to grow within the organization through multiple promotions and learned so much—not only from my managers, but also from colleagues across different departments. Open, positive communication is a core part of the company culture, which made it a collaborative and supportive environment to work in. X/AV also places a strong emphasis on building community through really fun happy hours and social events!
