They have Paksitani and Sri Lankan people on dev team. Pakistani people get more favor than others because CEO is from Pakistan. No work life balance, have to work even more than 12 hours. Work time is 1:30 pm to 10:30 pm. Before 1:30 pm we have to prepare all the test cases, they do not give work time for that, so basically we have to start the work from our side at least at 12pm. If something goes wrong while the scrum meeting after 11:30 you have to work until they say the work is done. They treat people differently, lot of politics going over there.
