My experience with Promenade has been pretty disappointing. The pay is lackluster, and there aren't will admit that my coworkers have been great, and collaborating with them has been fulfilling. If it weren't for the fact that we're constantly being overworked and blamed for every problem in the company, working here wouldn't have been to miserable.

The company is constantly losing employees because of how terribly the leadership treats them. Expectations and demands are high, but employees aren't given the support, training, and guidance they need to succeed. Communication is lacking as well, which often causes a lot of delays, and instead of taking accountability for the lack of structure, the leadership avoids accountability, blames employees for being lazy and incompetent, and pressures them into pushing past their limits instead.

The SDR team culture is one of the strongest parts of the company. It’s collaborative, motivating, and filled with people who genuinely support each other’s growth. Direct management is also a highlight they’re approachable, invested in development, and do their best to advocate for the team. Day-to-day, you feel like you’re surrounded by people who want you to succeed and are willing to help you get there.

Upper management struggles with accountability, especially when it comes to training and expectations. There’s a noticeable gap in onboarding and ongoing development, yet performance expectations remain high without the proper support systems in place. It often feels like leadership pushes for results without taking responsibility for the lack of structure and resources needed to achieve them, which can lead to frustration and burnout.
