What I value the most is the founder’s genuine priority for employees’ mental well-being. The culture is incredibly positive and supportive. Everyone here is happy, and we face no issues when taking time off or attending to personal matters, as long as our work is planned and taken care of responsibly. This level of understanding and trust is rare in the service industry. Promenics has an excellent product, and in my opinion, it is stronger than most solutions available in the market. Teams willingly go the extra mile because the company does the same for us. When employees need support, the company does not hesitate to extend that support, and this creates a very healthy and motivating environment. I have worked in other well-known organizations where employees go through literal 'hell' are always applying for jobs and just 'waiting to quit'. The service industry is challenging by nature, but Promenics ensures that employees do not suffer. It is a place that genuinely values its people, promotes growth, and builds a culture that we can all be proud of.

Having been with Promenics since March 2018, I've seen the company grow rapidly, and it’s been an exciting journey to be part of. Working with major global pharma clients has sharpened my skills and given me exposure I wouldn’t find elsewhere. The leadership is approachable, the teams genuinely collaborate, and there’s a real sense of support when tackling challenging projects.

Because the company is growing fast, things can get intense—especially during product launches or major client rollouts. Some internal processes and documentation could be more streamlined, and smoother communication between teams would go a long way in reducing last-minute pressure. These aren’t deal-breakers, just areas that become more noticeable when you’ve been here as long as I have.
