Great place to work if you have a solid work ethic, and patience. Making 100k - 300k is very doable if you work hard

Pretty much have to work evenings and Saturday to be successful. Usually takes 3 - 5 months to get final commission check on a job

Pay was not awful, average-below average. Decent albeit small office space

Disorganized, 2 owners both arrogant and delusional in their perception of the companies performance and potential.
