Coworkers are good people trying to navigate the horribly confusing and unorganized upper management

Bullying by upper management, micro-managing to the max, nobody follows SOP... because there either are none or they change often, Most employees - production & admin - are severely underpaid vs. comparable companies. It is a constant revolving door because most new employees witness the horrible treatment and skip town immediately (if they're smart).

Some decent people to work with but all the good ones left due to issues

Toxic environment. Very high turnover. The GM & owners are belittling & micromanaging. Monitors emails. Fires at the drop of a hat or runs good staff out with the negativity. Constantly telling staff they are “disappointed” in them. Favoritism as the GM is buddies with owners. Terrible benefits & low pay. They want you to work extra hours & stay late yet don’t appreciate you.
