Good crews, large and small scale jobs, in town and out of town Loa jobs and camp jobs, company trucks sometimes provided

Management is lazy and doesn't do there jobs well, they keep guys in the dark and don't bid on new opportunities to take the company in a better direction, management can be a little disappointing as they lead guys on and have way to much over head in the office for what is needed to run the company.

They are mostly able to keep us busy rather than laying off after each job. No sign of a proper pay increase so maybe it is time to move on though to greener pastures.

Very low & non-competitive pay, poor management on most jobs, a lot of incompetence among some of the management and supervision, very weak benefits and pension plans in comparison to other contractors.
