      Learn to CYA for everything. "Open door policy" with the COO means you better have a 550 word essay ready to present with all the logical details and points. She does not want feelings or emotions. Pay is minimum and promoting is rare. Company is severely understaffed, Turnover rate doubled after COVID. Most Maintenance Techs are lazy.
