A lot of growth opportunities and ways to advance quickly. You will never be bored and get to build on your role. There are not a lot of limits to what you can achieve. Everyone works very closely together across departments and want to see each other succeed. You will see yourself grow both as a person and professional here!

Prophecy is an extremely fast paced startup. This means if you have a hard time with change, enjoy consistent work hours, and prefer to do things only within your scope or role it may not be the best fit for you. However, if you are tired of working for a large company that moves slow, and want a company that challenges you day in and day out, you will love it.

It moves fast, so you won't feel stuck doing nothing.

There's a heavy push for output, but not much clarity behind what actually matters. You're expected to keep producing, hitting numbers, staying active—but without understanding how it all connects. It ends up feeling like constant motion with no real sense of progress.
