Too many good things about PropNex & their people

Only good thing is that you have first-hand information about the housing system and market.

The leadership style felt very top-down and authoritarian. Decisions seemed to come from the top with little room for discussion or feedback, creating a workplace that felt more regimented than collaborative. Management often appeared disconnected from employees, and communication was mostly one-way. Suggestions and concerns rarely seemed to make a difference. HR did not feel like an advocate for employees. I often felt that its priority was supporting management rather than addressing staff concerns. The company promotes teamwork and culture, but my experience didn't reflect that. The environment felt heavily hierarchical, with employees expected to follow instructions rather than contribute ideas. There are hardworking people here, but I found the rigid management style, hierarchical culture, and lack of employee support made it difficult to recommend as a long-term workplace.
