I worked at the company for a little over 3 years until I stopped working to stay home with the kids. The company was so flexible and supportive of my family situation. I got to work from home and come into the office just for key meetings. The company is really supportive of women in the workplace. I was promoted before my one year anniversary. Management encouraged me to try new things, sent me to conferences and seminars to learn the latest and greatest. I expressed an interest in traveling to our European offices to meet some of our customers and partners and the next thing you know I was on a plane to Europe. I also think it's really great that my boss told me that when I'm ready to come back to the workforce, I can come back and even start part time again. I love coming by the office with my kids - it such a family atmosphere there.

I really wish the company was able to continue take your dog to work day. Back when we were in our old offices (2013) we used to get to bring our dogs to work once a week - it was soooooo great. When the company moved to its new larger offices, the new building won't let dogs in the building. It was really great for company morale to have the dogs there. The chihuahua used to snuggle with the bulldog! It was great - I hate that we couldn't do that anymore.
