      Disorganized, poor working conditions,and overworked/underpaid staff. Bi-polar management verbally abuses and demeans employees in addition to taking credit for their ideas.

      - Good wages, tied to experience - Positive office environment - Long term staff that give it some culture - Nice office and location.

      - There is still a bit of friction with WFH policy, it seems like WFH is not respected fully - Mgmt can be stingy when it comes to anything outside of wages.
