I would not recommend this company for anyone who is ambitious, a go-getter or looking for career advancement. They will tell you what you want to hear and never follow up. The upper management are people who have zero management skills or experience and do not know how to actually manage a team. It is definitely a ‘good ol’ boys club’. The company itself is very disorganized and terrible at communicating.
