Abysmal Work Environment - Recensione dipendente - Supervisor presso Prosol (Canada)

Horrendous mistreatment by upper management and some fellow colleagues. You are made to feel stressed and depleted of all mental energy. Being yelled at like an animal is a high possibility. You are constantly fearing for your job security and worked to the brim. Training is subpar and you are made to feel inadequate on a regular basis due to lack of training. No HR - people are treated as disposable and the turnover is quite high. There is camaraderie and solidarity amongst some peers which makes you stick around longer than you should. Would highly not recommend considering a job here even in the most dire of states.
