As a mid-size non-profit, our salaries and job opportunities are directly tied to public funding, which minimizes the amount of opportunity for growth, as you've pointed out in the review. However, we encourage utilizing professional development dollars and accessing our in-house training to continuously further your knowledge and skills. Although opportunity may feel few and far between, our Administrative team has seen significant shifts recently. In the last year, we have created two new leadership roles within the Administrative department, alone. This growth allows for internal movement and exciting new opportunities.
